Experience and Education
For 24 years Candace worked as a criminal prosecutor. She has tried over 200 jury trials and prosecuted 24 homicide cases. She was assigned to the Elder Abuse Prosecution Unit from 2012 – 2016. She has lectured locally and nationally on many subjects including complex case litigation and elder abuse. In April of 2016 she left prosecution to open Werth Law LLC to focus on helping others with wills, trusts, estate planning, estate administration and their probate needs. Throughout her practice Candace has noticed that people know they need to have a will and directions for family members should something happen to them but so many people don’t know where to turn, how much it will cost or to whom to turn for help. They put off taking the steps necessary to make sure their affairs are in order. Others may get put into situations in which they become the caregiver for a parent or relative in need. Whatever reason brings you here, Candace Werth and Werth Law LLC are here to help.
